Jamie Robertson, Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Robertson has over fifteen years experience working with the private sector and municipalities in a variety of capacities. Her expertise includes claims administration, program management, contract management and financial analysis. Ms. Robertson has primary ownership of Novatia, Inc. and provides the corporate management structure and overall operations management.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has spent over fifteen years directing contracts and accounts for a variety of municipalities and private sector clients alike.  Her combined education and experience make her uniquely qualified to oversee general operations and marketing efforts. Ms. Robertson’s experience includes managing clients financial accounts with expenditures in excess of $24,000,000 annually.

Allan D. Goff, President, Novatia, Inc.

Mr. Goff, founder of Novatia, Inc., has been involved in the scientific community for over twenty-five years. He acted as Project Officer for the warhead of the Anti-Satellite Weapon System, United States Air Force. Additionally, he spent seven years performing analyses in support of the Limited Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, where his responsibilities included directing a half million-dollar robotics project, managing the nuclear data automation lab, and maintaining the Nuclear Measurement System – a quarter million lines of code in a dozen different languages. He has concentrated his teaching in the computer and technical areas, but also has taught business management and ethics courses. A patented inventor, he founded Innovatia eleven years ago as a research company in high technology. Clients include such industry leaders as Sprint, CTB McGraw-Hill, and Hewlett-Packard. Independent research projects include linear time sort algorithm, design of a procedural programming language for massively parallel computer architectures, and a sequential circuit design methodology derived from nonlinear logic.

Mr. Goff received his Masters degree in Nuclear Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology (1984) and spent eleven years active duty in the United States Air Force.

 

Joel M. Siegel, Project Development

Dr. Siegel has over thirty years experience in the power/public entities sector. His areas of expertise include project management, system integration, risk assessment/management, safety and reliability analysis. He has worked on projects for the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, as well as public and private utilities including conventional and alternative power generating systems. He served on the executive committee of the technical group for human factors of the American Nuclear Society. Dr. Siegel’s experience as a college professor has been a valuable asset in training. Having some thirty publications, Dr. Siegel is a recognized industry expert.
