Professional Selection Assistance

We provide an independent objective opinion and guidance on the selection process for TPA’s, claims handlers, and other service providers as needed.  A full objective analysis is provided to ensure you have the information needed to make informed decisions as well as clear objective documentation to substantiate the business decisions made.

 This service often includes assistance in the development of the RFP and a review of RFP responses with assistance in selection of those candidates that will formally present their program for consideration. An organized presentation packet is prepared with appropriate questions to be asked of each respondent.  Upon completion of the presentation process, a detailed objective analysis of each respondent is provided to document your decision making process. Additionally, clear and concise summaries of each respondent are completed and provided to your office for transmission to the selected candidate, if you so desire.  This ensures verbal commitments made at time of presentation are committed to writing and gives all parties a clear outline of your expectations. Although these items may not be expressed in the contract and as such there may be no contractual obligation to fulfill verbal commitments, all parties are made aware of your expectations from the outset, which provides for more effective communication.
