NOVATIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We provide high level project managers in all areas of Information Technology, Business Management, Finance, Insurance and General Programs.  Our staff consists of senior level employees with divergent backgrounds in major US corporations and government sectors.  Project managers are assigned based on the specific needs of the project and the areas of expertise within our staff.  

Prior to acceptance of a project management assignment we will complete a full assessment of the project currently under way or in the planning stages and develop a plan for the project.  This is developed in conjunction with the client company in an effort to ensure full success.  Because of the high volatility in many projects, not all projects will pass our assessment process.  Once an assessment is complete and the project has been accepted a written report with an outline of our proposed plan is provided to the client.  

Some of our current projects are listed below.  

State of California Solar Screen Rebate Program - Novatia, on behalf of the State of California, developed a $2M program designed to provide California rate payers with a rebate after the installation of solar screen materials on their home. Our management teams responsibilities include financial administration of the program as well as facilitation between all parties, inclusive of advertising agencies, rebate processing companies, solar screen manufacturers, solar screen installers, California ratepayers; the California Legislature and Department of Energy.
