Audits

Our specialized audit processes are customized for the specific needs of each client.  We provide audits in the areas of claims handling, reserve practices, state compliance (available in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington), program risk analysis, claim trend analysis, adjuster trend analysis, safety and loss control, risk management programs, insurance services, TPA / claims staff compliance with client specific requirements and other requests as desired by the client.  Complete audit reports are guaranteed within ten days of audit completion and include the actual audit worksheets as well as a detailed report delineating claim specific results and trend analysis. Suggestions for future handling are outlined and areas of specific concern are delineated. 

 Audits can be done at the claim location, online via computer connection to the claims office, or files or portions thereof can be transported to our offices for review. 

 Our fees for these services are determined on a flat fee basis based on the estimated number of days necessary for audit completion. In addition to our fee for these services, we charge actual travel related expenses.
